7 JEWELS 7 KEY PRACTICES TO LIVING LIFE SPIRITUALLY

Studying world wisdom traditions and practicing their teachings brings the realization that there are some core practices on the path to a spiritually awakened, open hearted, mindful, soulful and happier, more fulfilled living and that these practices are common to all world traditions.

In this 12 classes course I teach these 7 Common Core Practices to students, who aspire to live their lives in a more mindful, spiritually awakened, open hearted, open minded, more deeply connected and more fulfilled way. The classes are full of inspirational wisdom from world spiritual traditions and certainly precious for people who are keen to have a deeper and more spiritual understanding of life, happiness, harmony and how to be resilient in day to day problems by deriving strength from one’s spiritual center. Sages, enlightened beings, prophets; mystical masters of all spiritual traditions and religions, among them Sufism, Buddhism,
Hinduism, Christianity, Islam, Confucianism, Taoism and more; guide us towards the same practices that will change our lives, the lives of our loved ones and rippling out from us, serve humanity, all sentient beings and our sacred planet.

The practices are outlined, discussed and taught by the help of teachings of spiritual masters, comparative examples from world traditions and real life examples. The students are given exercises that enable them to look at their own thought patterns, conditionings, approaches, behaviors, choices and lifestyles critically. They are encouraged to apply the given practices by the help of the tools provided to certain areas of their lives and observe the changes that follow.

Embodying these practices will reduce anxiety, sadness, loneliness, disconnection, feelings of meaninglessness and purposelessness. It will enhance connection with fellow humans, bringing more patience and tolerance into relationships. It will bring a sense of direction and purpose and more discipline, consistency and commitment into practitioners’ lives. It will bring more compassion, joy and selflove into their hearts. Ultimately it will bring
